What It Looks Like
1.) Seek to understand. We ask questions, a lot, and seek to learn about your environment, your culture, your values, and your current talent portfolio.
2.) Design a Strategy and Process. We map out our plan of attack and collaborate to ensure we work as a team.
3.) Work Until the Job is Finished. We execute the strategy and process, calibrate along the way, and are not finished until an individual is hired and is initiated into the team (90 days post-official first day).
The timeline is hard to define, as sometimes we get lucky, the stars align and it moves quickly. Other times, it’s a bit more challenging. One thing we promise is we are committed to work until the job is finished, and to never allow time to compromise the integrity of our work. We are in the business of taking thoughtful chances, not foolish gambles.
